Class is for everybody, no matter you fitness level. Class will consist of a Warm-Up, Workout and Stretching. Modified movements will be demonstrated if needed.

During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercises, weight lifting and stretches.
Class starts at this rate, we do offer more option plans. First class is free and thereafter you can choose a plan if you decide to continue.

You will need a resistance Band and a pair of Dumbbells (recommedn a light set and heavy set ) You can do pure bodyweight if you prefer as well !
