We will incorporate Strength and Cardio for Seniors. We offer a variety of movements with regressions and progression so you can challenge yourself and still get a sweat.

You will need a resistance Band and a pair of Dumbbells (recommedn a light set and heavy set ) You can do pure bodyweight if you prefer as well ! Also, if you want you can use a chair (recommended)
