If you suffer of limited mobility, use a chair, coming off of an injury or are ready to get moving, this class is for you. Level of fitness is required. Just bring your self and passion to get stronger

We will incorporate Strength and Cardio for Seniors. We offer a variety of movements with regressions and progression so you can challenge yourself and still get a sweat.
